Healthy Living Series: Reset Part 1
Congratulations, you’ve decided to take that first step to a healthier lifestyle. Oh come on, I know you didn’t just click because it looked awesome. But if you did, that’s ok too. I do happen to like flattery. You’ll be following along my journey of healthy eating.
I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile as I have bought plenty of books to study and have read many online resources. This is for me to keep track of my progress and also a way to help others who are looking for help on their journey. Whether your just looking for a quick detox or a little more energy, I’m sure this will be able to help you.
The first step to take is to just hit that big red reset button. Too crazy? Ok, the color is green then. Food is the root of our survival. Not only does it help us stay alive, which is very important, it helps us to function on our emotional well being. Confused?
Think about your relationship to food. Think about what you eat. Think about how you buy your food, how you make your food, and how you eat your food.
Are you always in a rush? Are your moods not consistent? Do you feel sluggish more often than not?
Alot of that plays into the food we eat. The food we eat is often unconsciously influenced by the environment we are surrounded in. It’s up to you to decide whether it is beneficial or not and it’s up to you to make that change and eat healthier if needed.
